Job Description
Primary Task: must oversee the entire hiring process, from finding and luring applicants to interviewing and employing competent people, in order to make sure the company draws in and keeps top talent.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide candidate feedback.
Manage the offer acceptance process and ensure timely completion of pre-employment checks.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.

Required Abilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technology.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
