Responsibilities
1. Vendor and Supplier Identification:
- Identify potential vendors and suppliers both locally and internationally to meet the company s procurement needs.
- Conduct thorough market research to evaluate the capabilities, reliability, and competitiveness of suppliers.

2. Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate contracts and terms with both local and foreign vendors, ensuring the best possible commercial outcomes for the company.
- Manage negotiations across a wide range of areas, including price, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contract renewals.

3. International Supplier Relations:
- Conduct negotiations with international suppliers while navigating cultural differences and ensuring smooth communication.
- Develop strategies to bridge gaps in understanding and foster long-term, productive relationships with foreign partners.

4. Cost Evaluation and Savings:
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost savings throughout the procurement process, from sourcing to shipping and delivery.
- Continuously assess the supply chain for potential efficiencies and cost reductions without compromising on quality or reliability.

5. Supplier Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and foreign suppliers to ensure ongoing, reliable sourcing and timely delivery of materials or services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related issues, fostering trust and open communication.

6. Risk Management in Supply Chains:
- Identify and assess risks associated with both domestic acquisitions and international supply chains, including geopolitical, economic, and logistics-related risks.
- Implement strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
