Job Description
Responsibilities:
Create and put into effect quality assurance policies and processes specifically suited to medical billing in the Tamil Nadu and Chennai healthcare systems.
Taking into account the skill levels and training requirements of the local workforce, track and assess the performance of billing staff and offer helpful criticism and focused training.
Carefully record audit results and produce comprehensive management reports that indicate trends and areas that require attention in the Chennai context.
Create and apply pertinent quality measurements that are in line with key performance indicators (KPIs) frequently employed in the Indian healthcare BPO industry to monitor and enhance billing performance.
Help in educating billing employees on quality control methods and industry best practices that are pertinent to the local medical billing environment.

Skills:
proficiency in examining medical records and EOBs in the setting of Indian healthcare.
ability to use medical billing software and reporting tools that are frequently used in the healthcare BPO sector in India.
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, as well as an acute attention to detail pertinent to the subtleties of medical billing in India.
strong precision and attention to detail when examining billing procedures and data.
