Job Description
Responsibilities
To use available resources for analysis and phone calls in order to resolve assigned or unresolved AR.
Application of all available tools and resources to advance the case to the next stage of settlement, resulting in payment, revised submission, appeals, patient transfer, or adjustment.
reporting to the immediate reporting management any trends or patterns in denials, mistakes in claim filing, problems with credentialing, and obstacles relating to billing.
to fulfill production and quality SLAs (service level agreements) as set forth.
to accurately and logically update the calls' or analyses' results in the billing system.
To make use of and remain current with modifications made to the P & Ps
To enhance the performance by implementing the suggestions made by the quality audit team and reporting manager.
