Responsibilities:

Use the concepts of Lean Manufacturing to shorten cycle times and optimise operations.
Implement corrective and preventative measures (CAPA) and take part in root cause analysis (RCA) for production difficulties.
Make sure to use labour as efficiently as possible and distribute resources wisely to satisfy production needs.
Encourage a safety-first mentality and carry out routine safety audits and inspections.
Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 3+ yrs
