01. Duration of Contract: 05 years & renewable.

02. Probation Period: 03 (Three) Months.

03. Working Hours: 08 (Eight) Hours per Day.

04. Overtime: 150% for regular working hours & 200% for holiday hours.

05. Annual Leave: 28 Days per year.

06. Accommodation / Food & Medical: provide by Alberta Agro Farm.

07. Air Ticket: Bevo Farms Ltd.

08. Taxes: Will be borne by the Employer.
