Job Description
Based in Chennai, are you a proactive, analytical production engineer who is passionate about streamlining manufacturing procedures, increasing productivity, and guaranteeing top-notch results in a fast-paced production environment?

Responsibilities:
Examine current production procedures to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas where cost, quality, lead time, and safety can be improved.
To determine the ideal production standards, carry out capacity planning, resource utilisation analysis, and time and motion research.
Help with the installation and commissioning of new machinery, equipment, and production lines.
Create and keep up-to-date work instructions, process documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Verify that all production processes follow the defined safety guidelines, quality standards, and environmental compliance requirements.
To find patterns and chances for ongoing development, apply data analytics.
Junior engineers and manufacturing workers should receive instruction and guidance on new machinery, procedures, and efficiency strategies.

Qualification:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills in English and preferably Tamil.
Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment, influencing change and driving results.

Education: Diploma / BE in Automobile
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
