Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, experience, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 4 to 10 Years of Experience
Qualification: Any Diploma / BE Graduation
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : Rotational Shift | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on utility equipment, including HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, DG sets, and pumps.
Breakdown Maintenance: Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to utility systems.
Energy Efficiency: Implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations.

Skills:
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Safety Awareness: Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
