Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations in Chennai. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, meeting quality standards, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining a safe working environment to achieve production targets.

Responsibilities
Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing of high-quality products.
Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Manage and lead the production team, including supervisors and operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement measures to minimize defects and improve product quality.
Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Experience with implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 6+ yrs
