Job Description
As a Quality Control Line Incharge, you'll be responsible for overseeing on-line quality control activities, ensuring that products meet quality standards at every stage of production. You'll lead and guide a team of quality control inspectors, monitor production processes, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Duties:
To guarantee compliance with quality standards and specifications, oversee and plan online quality control operations.
Before proceeding to the next phase, make sure that every product satisfies quality standards.
Oversee and direct a group of quality control inspectors while creating a supportive and effective work atmosphere.
Determine any deviations from the stated procedures and report them.
Create and submit metrics and reports for quality control.
Examine and evaluate quality problems to identify their underlying causes.

Qualification: Diploma/BE in any Specialization
