Job Description
Are you a seasoned maintenance manager with extensive knowledge of injection moulding machinery and a track record of increasing uptime and decreasing downtime in a high-pressure production setting, based in Chennai?

Take complete responsibility for the dependability, effectiveness, and safety of all of our injection moulding machinery and other plant equipment by joining our leadership team in Chennai as the Head of the Maintenance Department. Your technical know-how and strategic vision will have a direct impact on our production output and overall success in this crucial function.

Responsibilities:
Create and carry out a thorough maintenance plan that is suited to injection moulding equipment and in line with the budget and operational objectives of the facility.
Oversee the complete maintenance department, including the hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and any specialised injection moulding personnel.
Oversee connections with outside vendors and maintenance service providers that specialise in the upkeep and repair of injection moulding equipment.
Oversee the implementation of efficient corrective and preventive measures and take part in the root cause analysis (RCA) of injection molding-specific equipment problems.
Oversee the upkeep of the infrastructure and plant facilities that support injection moulding processes.

Qualification:
In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices relevant to the maintenance of injection moulding machinery in India.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices specifically for injection moulding maintenance.
Experience in managing and developing a team of maintenance professionals specializing in injection moulding equipment.

Education: Any BE Degree
Experience: 10 to 12 yrs
