Join our dedicated Payment Posting team at our Company in Chennai and play a vital role in accurately recording and reconciling payments from insurance companies and patients. Your precision and efficiency will directly impact our revenue recognition and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
Accurately post payments received from insurance companies and patients into the medical billing system, adhering to established guidelines and turnaround times.
Identify and escalate any unusual payment patterns or potential issues to the supervisor or relevant department.
Maintain a thorough understanding of payer rules and regulations related to payment processing in India.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized records of all payment-related documentation.
Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets set by the department.
Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant data privacy regulations applicable in India.

Qualification:
Strong understanding of medical billing processes, payment cycles, and EOB/ERA interpretation specific to India.
Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems commonly used in India.

Education: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
