What we will train you to do is to -

Headhunt for Top Management positions in USA, Europe and APAC Region
Manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process to ensure the Search Mandates of clients are fulfilled, with emphasis on Delivery, Team Management & Client Management
End-to-end performance of a Headhunter from maintaining/creating client relationships to ensure that deals are closed
Manage existing clients and expanding the accounts

A background in recruitment/HR is NOT mandatory. We are ideally looking for people with varied backgrounds who share our passion for research, innovation and people!
