Salary Range : based on skills, experience, and interview performance
Experience Requirement : 3+ Years of Experience
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday

Skills required:
Strong experience in mass recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Excellent resume screening and candidate interviewing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment databases
