Job Description
To appropriately post payments received from patients and insurance companies into our billing system, we are looking for a diligent and effective Payment Posting Executive. Maintaining correct financial records and making sure that accounts are reconciled on time depend on this position.

Duties:

Accurately and quickly enter patient and insurance company (EOB/ERA) payments into the billing system. This covers both electronic posting from Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) and manual posting from Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
Investigate and settle any disparities between payments and daily bank deposits.
Find and fix inconsistencies in the posting of payments, collaborating with internal workers or payers as necessary.
Investigate and settle payment modifications and denials while carrying out fundamental denial management follow-up
Keep thorough records of every payment transaction, making sure that all paperwork is in order.
