We have an urgent requirement for an Payment Posting (Day Shift) specializing in Medical Billing - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) based in Chennai.

Job Summary:

The Payment Posting Executive is responsible for accurately posting payments and adjustments into the billing system, ensuring that all transactions align with client contracts and insurance payments. This role is crucial in maintaining up-to-date patient accounts and supporting the revenue cycle process.

Responsibilities:
Review and post payments (EOBs/EFTs/Checks) from insurance companies and patients to appropriate accounts in the billing system.
Match payment details with remittance advice and ensure accuracy.
Reconcile daily deposits and report discrepancies to the team lead.
Apply adjustments, write-offs, and denials as per client guidelines.
Maintain documentation for all payments processed.
Collaborate with AR and denial management teams to resolve posting-related issues.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors in a timely manner.

Requirements:
Minimum 01 year of experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting (depending on the level).
Knowledge of EOBs, ERA, insurance plans, patient responsibility, and CPT codes.
Familiarity with billing software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, or equivalent).
Good analytical and data entry skills with high accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.

Experience:
Minimum 01 years of experience in US Medical Billing required.
