Job Description
Responsibilities

Participate in hiring procedures, such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, and performing preliminary candidate evaluations.

To guarantee a seamless integration of new personnel, support staff orientation and onboarding initiatives.

Keep track of personnel information and update HR databases with details about terminations, changes, and new hires.

Oversee employee benefit programs and respond to benefit-related questions from the workforce.

Support the planning, execution, and administration of staff development and training initiatives.

Organize office supplies and inventory to make sure that every administrative requirement is effectively satisfied.

Make travel plans, appointment schedules, and meeting arrangements for the team.

As needed, prepare and handle communications, reports, and documents.

Ensure that the office is tidy, professional, and well-organized.
