Candidate should be handling Bulk / Frontline / Mass / BPO Hiring for CSE
End to End Recruitment.
Sourcing ,Interviewing ,
Managing the end to end recruitment cycle for Bulk Hiring Support, and BPO Functions hiring which includes multichannel sourcing, screening, interviewing, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary and level benchmarking.
Experience in executive sourcing and delivering end to end BULK recruitment . Hiring experienced candidates across different , Recruiters for multiple Accounts for BPO Industry.
Worked on bulk hiring
Sourced relevant candidates through Job Boards, Social Networking sites, Employee Referral, Job Postings and other networks. Conducted the initial technical screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate.
Coordinated with Technical Panel for all Technical interviews and Client interviews.
Screening of potential candidates and setting up face-to-face,phone interviews as per the requirement criteria.
Responsible for initiating background verification checks, medical checks, offer management, stakeholder management.
