Roles and Responsibilities:
The precise and effective setup of CNC machines, including as VMCs, HMCs, and CNC lathes, to create parts in accordance with intricate engineering drawings and specifications would be your responsibility as a CNC Setter based in Chennai. Your knowledge of various machine setup techniques, complex quality control systems, and advanced tooling choices pertinent to Chennai's manufacturing industry will all be greatly improved by this work. You will gain the ability to decipher complex technical papers, identify and fix complicated machine setup problems, and guarantee effective manufacturing procedures that satisfy our exacting quality standards.

Skills:
Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming (intermediate to advanced level, familiarity with local programming conventions and subprograms is a significant advantage).
Ability to select, install, and precisely align complex tooling and fixturing, including knowledge of advanced workholding solutions.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve intricate machine setup issues, minimizing downtime.

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs
Qualification: Any ITI Graduation
