Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and implement fabrication and quality control measures
Manage piping fabrication and installation activities
Lead project planning and development from inception to completion
Monitor and track project progress ensuring timelines are met
Handle documentation and reporting for daily operations
Assist in cost estimation and budgeting for mechanical projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality output

Skills & Requirements for Mechanical engineering jobs in Chennai:
Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding standards, and fabrication techniques
Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and piping isometrics
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and standard industry tools
Understanding of ASME standards, quality control, MPI, and testing methods
Willingness to work on-site and travel to various locations in Chennai Tamil Nadu as needed
Practical knowledge in mechanical project execution, piping, and fabrication work

Salary: 18,000 - 26,000 per month (based on experience)
