Responsibilities:
Process and manage the end-to-end payroll cycle for employees in Chennai, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collect and verify employee time and attendance data, leaves, and other payroll-related information.
Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and documentation, both physical and electronic.
Assist with payroll audits (internal and external) and ensure data integrity.
Coordinate with finance and HR departments on payroll-related matters.
Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll laws and regulations in India.

Qualification:
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and preferably Tamil.

Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs
