We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, providing crucial administrative support, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment

Responsibility:
Handle daily office tasks, such as answering phones, greeting guests, and handling letters.
Ensure the availability and functionality of office supplies and equipment by maintaining them.
Assist staff members and departments with administrative tasks.
Plan and organise appointments, meetings, and travel.
Communicate with suppliers and service providers to get quotations and oversee agreements.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
