Main Responsibilities:
Experience should have handled injection Moulding shop independently
ExperienceOverall responsibilities of production and QC, and planning for preventive maintenance of machines and auxiliary equipment of plant (in co-ordination with the Maintenance In-charge).
ExperienceReview production plan on daily basis. Ensure machine wise / Tonnage production loading to maximize efficiency.
Experience Guide & test team towards achieving departmental objectives
ExperienceShould be able to drive & update improvement activities and implement new technologies.
Experience Safety and security of production equipment and personnel.
Experience Assist Production Engineers for new trials and other regular production activities.
Experience Maintaining good housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the shop floor.
Experience Any other duties / functions assigned from time to time by the management.
