Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and implementing the New Product Development (NPD) plan for our goods and services in Chennai that take into account consumer demands, market trends, and corporate goals.
Throughout our Chennai operations, oversee and manage NPD projects from conception to concept creation, prototyping, testing, and launch, making sure that deadlines, budgets, and quality requirements are met.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, frequently situated in Chennai, that include R&D, engineering, design, manufacturing, quality, sales, and marketing to guarantee smooth product development and launch.
Gather consumer insights, comprehend competitive environments, and find new product prospects by doing in-depth market research and analysis tailored to the Chennai and Indian markets.
Ensure efficient communication with all stakeholders in Chennai and maybe other locations by creating and maintaining thorough project plans, schedules, and progress reports.

Skills:
Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to efficiently oversee deadlines, resources, and stakeholders.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presenting abilities to work well with a variety of Chennai teams as well as any outside partners.
