Job Description
Responsibilities
Open, sort, and distribute incoming letters. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects pertaining to client and staff information. Interact with personnel, clients, suppliers, and visitors.
Carry out general secretarial tasks, such as mailing, laminating, filing, and copying, among others.
Assist the maintenance team in raising and closing reactive issues.
Make use of the system to initiate purchase orders and process related invoices for weekly posting.
Comprehensive Facilities Management
Assist Facility Management with the upkeep of supplier matrices, related documentation, and back-to-work/self-certification paperwork.
Place orders and keep inventory on the provision of facilities management services.
Participate in team meetings and create minutes or actions that follow.
Create tenant, ad hoc, weekend, and hotel parking cards upon request.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
