Your Impact:
Supporting a variety of HR tasks, such as hiring, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance, will be essential to maintaining a happy and effective workplace. Strong interpersonal skills, a firm grasp of HR principles, a dedication to the development of the company and the well-being of its employees, and outstanding communication skills in both Tamil and English are all characteristics of the perfect candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Help with the entire hiring process, which includes finding applicants, reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, and keeping up with applicant tracking systems.
Encourage efforts to involve employees, such as planning events, conducting surveys, and implementing wellness initiatives.
Oversee leave and attendance records, making sure they adhere to legal and corporate regulations.
Help managers and staff understand performance management policies and processes.
Stay up to date on labour law changes and help update HR policies as necessary.

What you Need:
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Experience: Freshers
