Your Impact:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Press Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Chennai. The Press Production Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and managing the production processes related to our press machinery, ensuring efficient, high-quality output while adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of press operations, tooling, materials, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze existing press production processes in our Chennai plant to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies for press operations, including cycle time reduction, material utilization, and setup time reduction.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to press performance, die function, and material flow.
Collaborate with die maintenance personnel to ensure proper die care, repair, and preventative maintenance schedules are followed.

What you Need:
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to press performance and efficiency.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with production and maintenance teams in Chennai.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a press shop environment in India.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
