Job Description

As a People & Culture Champion, you will oversee all aspects of our employee experience, including hiring and training. You will play a key role in our team and help create a stimulating and upbeat work environment.

Responsibility:
Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviews to onboarding new employees;
create and implement strategies for attracting top talent;
cultivate a welcoming and inclusive workplace;
create and implement programs and initiatives for employee engagement;
and assist with performance management, which includes goal-setting, feedback, and reviews.
