Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various methods: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels to find and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews: Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers: Coordinate and facilitate in-person or virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit: Evaluate candidates' experience, skills, and alignment with company values to determine their fit for the role and organization.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages: Present job offers to selected candidates, including compensation details, and negotiate terms when necessary to secure top talent.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS: Ensure that all candidate interactions, status updates, and important data are accurately logged in the applicant tracking system (ATS) for future reference and reporting.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with both candidates and internal hiring managers to facilitate future hiring efforts and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies: Actively participate in refining and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and talent acquisition needs.
- Be target-oriented and possess a go-getter attitude: Demonstrate a strong drive to meet recruitment targets, showing resilience and a proactive approach to tackling challenges and achieving results.
