Responsibilities:
Create and execute a thorough maintenance plan that is suited to injection moulding machinery and in line with the plant's financial and operational objectives.
Oversee and direct the complete maintenance department, which includes all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and injection molding-focused specialists.
Oversee connections with outside maintenance service providers and suppliers that focus on the upkeep and repair of injection moulding equipment.
Oversee and take part in the root cause analysis (RCA) of injection molding-specific equipment problems and put appropriate preventative and remedial measures in place.
Ensure that the infrastructure and plant facilities that support injection moulding processes are maintained.
Educational Qualification: Any BE Degree
Experience: 10+ yrs
