Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Plan Development:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.

2. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, new target audiences, and competitive trends.
- Analyze market data to provide insights that guide marketing strategies.

3. Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials.
- Assist in the design and creation of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, digital assets).

4. Vendor & Agency Coordination:
- Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and activities.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers for marketing projects.

5. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization:
- Track the performance of marketing initiatives across channels (email, social media, ads).
- Provide insights and recommend adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.

6. Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and organization of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Manage logistics for marketing events, including vendor coordination, promotion, and follow-up.

7. Sales & Marketing Alignment:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and business targets.
- Provide sales teams with marketing materials and insights to aid in their outreach efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
