Immediate Hiring going on for Experienced HR Recruiter with 1 to 5 yrs of experience. Immediate Joiners are mostly welcomed

Location: In and around Chennai
Job Type: Full time, Permanent Job
Shift Time: 8 hours

Responsibilities
Make sure there is a steady supply of competent applicants for the roles that are assigned.
Involve new hires and internal teams to build your network and promote employee recommendations.
Create campaigns using drip messaging to automatically contact candidates.
Create a sourcing plan in collaboration with recruiting managers and department heads to keep pipelines of top candidates strong.
Research, find, draw in, interact with, and energize applicants about openings
