Job Description
Part Time Available in Green Success Infotech for HR Position
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Oversee the whole hiring process, including posting positions, sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and extending offers.
Develop and implement effective hiring procedures to attract qualified candidates.
Among other sourcing strategies, employ job boards, social media, and networking.
Oversee the offer process, including negotiating compensation and benefits.
Assist new employees with the onboarding procedure.
Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation of every hiring endeavour you undertake.
