Your Impact:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Site QA/QC Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes, installations, and products at our site adhere to established quality standards, specifications, and relevant codes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and problem-solving techniques within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the quality assurance and quality control plan at our Chennai manufacturing site.
Conduct regular on-site inspections and audits of production processes, equipment, and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Monitor and verify the quality of incoming raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies.
Perform in-process quality checks at various stages of production to identify and address potential quality issues in real-time.
Conduct final inspections of finished goods to ensure they meet all quality requirements before dispatch.

What you Need:
Experience in conducting on-site inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Proficiency in using various measuring and testing equipment commonly used in our industry in Chennai.
Strong understanding of non-conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and local statutory compliance in Tamil Nadu.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in E&I
Experience: Fresher
