Wanted Experienced Non IT Recruiter in India Pvt Ltd Industries.
Experience: 3+ years of Experience
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Source and screen candidates for a variety of non-IT positions across different departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations) using various methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networking.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
Conduct in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
