Job Description
To supervise and manage a particular production line in our Chennai manufacturing facility, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Line Incharge. You will be in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly and effectively, upholding quality standards, and managing a group of production operators to meet production goals.

Responsibilities
Oversee and plan the work of production workers on a designated Chennai production line.
Make ensuring that the production goals and schedules for the particular line are followed.
On the line, enforce safety rules and encourage a secure workplace.
Give queue operators direction, instruction, and assistance.
Monitor manufacturing results and provide online performance reports.
Keep precise production logs for the designated line.

Skills:
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.
Ability to evaluate suppliers and assess risk.
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
