Responsibilities
The ability to hire a large number of people quickly.
Using employment fairs, job portals, on-campus and off-campus drives, and other methods to find possible candidates.
The ability to review job applications and resumes.
Candidates for interviews (over the phone or in person).
The capacity to perform background checks and examine applicants' documentation.

Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs
Qualification: Any Basic Degree or MBA
Salary: Based on Company Norms
