Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the entire cycle of recruitment activities of certain key accounts . She will nurture these accounts and take on the responsibility of fulfillment of their manpower needs as per clients Turn Around Time (TAT ) for fulfillment.

Job Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Who can Apply
• Fresher – Training will be given
• 1 yr Experience in Recruiting /Voice process / Telemarketing / Customer care will be of great value.
• Married Women who want to start a career or want to get back to work can also be considered

Note : If you are willing to learn, we are willing to train you.

Qualification – Any Degree, preferably MBA HR/MSW

Skills Needed
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English ,
• Must comfortable in talking to people at all levels
• Must be internet Savvy with good skills in MS office
• Capacity to understand Technology relating to IT and Engineering.
• Must be a self driven person.
• Must be Disciplined and have a strong sense of integrity
• Living within 8 KM radius of Thiruvanmiyur is most preferable
