Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and repair of all paint shop equipment and systems, including spray booths, ovens, conveyors, and paint circulation systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, performing necessary repairs and replacements.
Manage and coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards related to paint shop operations.
Skills
Strong knowledge of paint application processes and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Proficiency in using maintenance management software (CMMS).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
