A proactive, results-driven person with extensive technical expertise and leadership skills is needed for this crucial position.

Responsibilities:
Create and carry out a thorough maintenance plan for all paintshop systems and equipment to guarantee operational effectiveness, reduce downtime, and increase uptime.
Assign responsibilities, establish performance standards, offer direction, and cultivate a culture of safety and ongoing development as the leader and manager of the paintshop maintenance crew.
Oversee the scheduling and planning of paintshop equipment preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks, making sure they coincide with production schedules.
To increase dependability and prevent breakdowns, analyse equipment performance data, spot trends, and take preventative action.
Oversee the prompt and efficient resolution of complicated mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation problems in the paintshop.
Oversee the paintshop maintenance budget efficiently, keeping labour, replacement parts, and outside services under control.

Qualification:
Deep technical knowledge of various paintshop equipment and systems, including their operation, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems relevant to paintshop operations.
Experience in implementing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for paintshop equipment.
Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance planning and tracking.

Education: Any BE Graduation
Experience: 5 to 7 yrs
