Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize paint application processes to ensure consistent and high-quality finishes.
Monitor and analyze paintshop production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve paint application issues, including defects and process deviations.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for paintshop operations.
Collaborate with paint suppliers to evaluate and select appropriate paints and coatings.

Qualification:
Strong understanding of paint application processes and techniques.
Knowledge of paint chemistry and coating materials.
Proficiency in using process optimization tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education: Diploma/BE in Mech
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
