Job Description
Primary Task: To supervise, streamline, and continually enhance every facet of the production processes for metal stamping and pressing in our Chennai manufacturing facility, guaranteeing extreme productivity, excellent product quality, economical viability, and rigorous adherence to safety regulations. This position entails process development, troubleshooting, and engineering assistance.

Responsibilities
Create and put into use new or altered manufacturing procedures, jigs, fixtures, and equipment for deep draw, bending, punching, blanking, stamping, and punching.
Keep an eye on die setups and changes on presses to guarantee correct alignment, efficiency, and safety.
Make sure that production schedules are followed, and let the production manager know if there are any discrepancies.
Help with PPAP submissions for parts that are new or changed.
Assess the risks associated with press operations and put safety precautions in place.
Create and deliver reports on quality performance, downtime analysis, production efficiency, scrap rates, and improvement projects.

Required Abilities:
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking.
