Job Description
Responsibilities
Work allocation and production volume planning on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Overseeing/In command of the entire shop floor shift.
Assist PPC in developing and carrying out the plans for production.
to direct and assist line leaders and supervisors in reaching the desired production.
in charge of internal quality.
accountable for the machinery's and employees' safety.
creating the system and organizing the TQM project.
in charge of stock and inventory management.
is in charge of raising production.
In charge of labor relations and disciplinary matters (Action).
accountable for reducing internal scrap.
In charge of ensuring that orders are filled on schedule, that goods are of the appropriate quality, and that expenses are minimized

Qualification: Diploma/ BE in ECE
Salary: from 15K per month
