Job description
R&R:
Ensure Safety standards, 5s,on time delivery as per company policy are adhered to and improved.
Overall responsibility for Production.
Preparation of Daily,Weekly and Monthly Production plans
Process Knowledge in Assembly (Press machine, Automation), Machining(VMC, HMC, CNC) & Painting.
Hands-on experience in APQP & PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SOP, Process flow
Co-ordination with sales team to achieve the sales target.
Committed to reduce the manpower, Material cost for the organization at my level best. Developing instructions for machine operating and maintenance activities.
Handling in-house rejection complaints and taking corrective actions.
Plan and execute the production schedule including human and material resources.
Resolve employee relationship issues, evaluate conflicts, and determine disciplinary actions.
Improve efficiency of production by migrating employees and equipment to maximize utilization.
Evaluate training requirements for operators and request necessary training.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve manufacturing processes andreduce costs. Responsible for achieving shop floor operational metrics like Productivity, OEE, etc.
Responsible for reducing scrap.
Increase safety and productivity of operators/workers to enhance the process capability.

Knowledge on IATF,14001 & 45001 Awareness& QMS
