Full job description : FRESHERS ALSO CAN APPLY TRANING WILL BE PROVIDED.

Key responsibilities Machine Setup/: Set up and prepare CNC/VMC machines, install and align tools, fixtures, and work pieces, and adjust machine parameters like speed and feed.

Operation/: Operate the machine to cut, shape, and form metal parts based on engineering blueprints and specifications.

Quality Control/: Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet precision and quality standards, which may involve using measuring tools and making necessary adjustments.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting/: Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubricating, and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure smooth production.

Documentation/: Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine performance, and maintenance activities.

Safety/: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Required skills and qualifications Education/: A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma or equivalent, often with vocational training or an ITI/Diploma in a relevant field like Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Skills/: Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read and interpret blueprints, knowledge of CNC programming /(including G/-code/), and familiarity with CAD/CAM software.

Experience/: Previous experience in setting up and operating CNC/VMC machines, including experience with different controls like Fanuc and Siemens.

Problem/-Solving/: Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to optimize performance.
