Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machinery.
Achieving Daily Production Target by effectively using all resources
Ensuring INJECTION MOLDING Machine Parameters setting in the specified standard
Safely Mould loading, unloading and maintain the temperature
Ensuring and maintaining hygienic safety workplace
Maintaining 5S in the shop floor and sustain the standards achieved
Daily Production report preparing and submitting
Reducing rejection by using standard operation procedure
Motivate the team to create high performance culture
Maintaining WIP and RM inventory as specified Standard
Leading the team of operators
