Role Objective
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Project Assistant to support our solar installation projects in Chennai. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales support and on-ground execution, ensuring materials are handled correctly and systems are maintained for peak performance.

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Handling: Oversee the safe loading and unloading of solar components (panels, inverters, structures) at the warehouse and project sites.
Material Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to various client locations across Chennai.
Service & Maintenance: Perform routine solar panel cleaning and provide basic technical service support to ensure maximum energy output.
Site Support: Assist the engineering team during the installation phase and help resolve on-site operational issues.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: Not required
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of solar PV components and safe handling practices.
Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling to various sites within and around Chennai.
