Job Description
Primary Task: Assuring compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements while conducting comprehensive inspections, tests, and analyses of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products within our Chennai manufacturing facility and helping to continuously improve our production processes.

Responsibilities
Perform or assist with laboratory testing as needed for performance, material qualities, or other particular quality attributes.
Help with the first investigation of the underlying causes of quality problems that have been detected, reporting complicated concerns to the Chennai quality manager or engineer.
Create quality reports for the Chennai facility that summarise inspection results, defect trends, and quality performance metrics on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
Perform in-process inspections at different manufacturing stages to stop flaws from spreading to later phases.
To guarantee measurement accuracy at the Chennai plant, report any equipment issues or calibration requirements.

Required Abilities:
competence with a range of measuring devices.
strong focus on details and an excellent ability to spot flaws and irregularities.
basic knowledge of computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
