JD:
In-process Quality Control:
o Develop and implement quality control procedures for the production line.
o Conduct regular inspections at critical points in the production process to ensure product quality.
o Use statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor and control production processes.
o Perform real-time monitoring and analysis to detect and address quality issues promptly.
o Conduct process audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
Final Quality Control:
o Perform thorough inspections and tests on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
o Use sampling techniques to inspect a portion of final products, ensuring overall product quality.
o Identify defects and deviations from quality standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
o Document inspection results, including any issues found and corrective actions taken.
o Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
