Responsibilities:
In accordance with engineering drawings, programs, and specifications, set up a variety of CNC machines for production runs.
Provide accurate interpretations of engineering drawings, blueprints, and G-code programs, including GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
The right cutting tools, holders, and workholding fittings should be chosen and installed.
As you load the machine with raw materials, make sure that the clamping and alignment are correct.
Adjust and calibrate the machine's offsets, tool lengths, and work coordinates, among other factors.
Utilising precision measurement tools, do a first-piece inspection to make sure the parts fulfil quality requirements.

Educational Qualification: 10th, 12th or ITI
Experience: 3+ yrs
